Cet opus est le premier dont les niveaux (enfin ceux du mode histoire) se complètent pour former une ville continue, ici Los Angeles: à Santa Monica, une des rues mène à un autre quartier, et la plate-forme pétrolière que l'on aperçoit est accessible via un tunnel.
