Lost magic is a game like no other, it is a RTS/RPG that requires you to draw runes out with the touch screen to cast spells. The better you draw them, the stronger they are, but while you are drawing you are open to be attacked by monsters, making you draw fast but accurate. Not only are there 18 different runes to draw, you can combine 2 or 3 runes to make different spells, added up to a total of 396 different spells, making many different strategies you can use and fight battles many ways. Most of the time what you want to do on a stage won't be the best thing, like on a stage where you run away from the monsters. At first you will want to just run, but after a while you will figure out to send your monsters to distract the other monsters to distract them. And that brings me to my next subject, monsters. They may be your main enemy in the game, but they can also be captured and fight on your side. The game also had Wifi, but I have yet to experience online play .Its a great DS game that everyone should own, I rate it 9.2/10, and it would probably be even better If i had wifi.
