Naruto: Ultimate Ninja is one of those rare, fabled games that appeal far beyond the fanbase of its license. The controls are easy to learn, but thanks to the fast-paced action, the gameplay is difficult to master. Winning a fight isn't just a matter of repeatedly exploiting the same move over or blocking until there's an opening, but by knowing what moves to use in a given situation. And between the various modes and objectives, there's enough to keep players busy for a while, and that's before multiplayer comes into the equation.
