If Luxor adapts the Ballistic puzzle formula for the Egyptian world, then Zuma Deluxe does the same thing for the Aztecan world. Like MSN Games' previous hit puzzle game, Zuma Deluxe has hours upon hours of gameplay to offer, thanks to a simplistic puzzle formula that's combined with a superb presentation and shines as a result.

The game puts you in control of an Aztecan frog who's sitting in the center of a playfield. In this playfield are conveyors where little colored balls make their way upward. You guessed it, if they reach a particular point on the conveyor (being Aztec symbols), your game has had it. So it's up to you to spit out similar colored balls at the moving platforms and match up three of a kind in order to make them disappear.

Like Luxor, MSN Games has given Zuma Deluxe a personal touch by boosting the gameplay with additional power-ups. These come in the form of icon-labeled balls that, when eliminated, give you different options, like going backwards, slowing down, or giving you a temporary beam so you can nail your targets more quickly. The game quickly picks up on difficulty, and soon you're dealing with multiple conveyors and more colors. Good luck.

The game features a variety of levels, and has a slick presentation with Aztec-like music and sounds, as well as a cool graphic interface, where levels break apart after they're completed, and the frog is launched to his next challenge. There could've been a two-player option, but there's still lots to do here.

Zuma Deluxe is another hour-wasting puzzle game that'll keep you plenty busy and is worth the download. Even if you hate frogs. And, really, who hates frogs?! Zuma Deluxe can be tried out for free or downloaded at MSN Games.

Helpful Tip: Look out for the different colored balls, sometimes they lead to power-ups. Look for the icons!
