In preparation for the game's April 15th release, Activision recently launched the official website for their Wolverine videogame entitled X2: Wolverine's Revenge. By visiting the site, you can find the latest screenshots, watch gameplay footage, read the storyline, or even download wallpapers for your desktop if you so desire.

The game centers around the famous Weapon X project survivor, Wolverine (as if you needed me to tell you that). You get to control Logan, the man with the adamantium skeleton and claws, as he tries to discover a cure for the deadly virus that threatens to kill him within 48 hours. Now Logan must try to uncover the secrets of Department H, the organization that turned him into the X-Men superhero known as Wolverine.

It's also worth noting that the storyline for the game was actually written by Larry Hama, a writer of the Wolverine comic books. X2: Wolverine's Revenge will be available for all next-gen consoles, the GBA, and the PC.
