In THQ's latest Xbox 360 game, WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2007, chairs smack into skulls, bodies crash through announcer tables, and blood stains wrestling mats. Unfortunately, wrestlers teleport up ladders, sound effects mysteriously vanish, and load times break up the otherwise enjoyable fighting experience. Developer Yukes deserves nine Stone Cold Stunners for the game's lack of polish. Yet despite its flaws, SmackDown successfully retains its wrestling championship, thanks to its 67-superstar roster, 20 plus match types, deep General Manager and Season modes, gorgeous visuals, and finally, four person online play that's easy to set up and difficult to put down.
