Last week's report from the Federal Communications Commission about Blizzard's highly popular game, World of Warcraft, was singled out as the greatest cause for dropout in college-aged players, a message board post from an alleged job seeker says that a recruiter disclosed that many companies didn't want to hire players of the game.
While the story, which began in the F13.net forums and was later reported on by Asylum, lacks genuine detail about the hiring agent or more concrete details about the incident. It does bring up an interesting legal question of whether the employer might be breaking the law by excluding over 11 million players from applying for work.
