Nintendo talked about the success of Wii Fit during their E3 press conference, mentioning that the game has sold over 15 million copies worldwide and has been the best selling title in the U.S. and elsewhere since its release. Cammie Dunaway, executive vice president of Nintendo of America, then revealed that the follow up, Wii Fit Plus, is in development.

Wii Fit Plus will allow for better customizations of workouts, allowing users to taylor their routines for tone, strength training, or to target a certain area of the body, and all the while your calories expended will be kept track of. Additionally, another 15 new mini-games will be added, like juggling and skateboarding.

Wii Fit Plus will release bundled with the Wii Balance Board or separately as the disc only in Fall 2009.
