According to the data trackers at Media Create, Nintendo's Wii Fit has once again topped the charts in Japan – for the fourth week in a row – and has now sold nearly 1.3 million units since it hit the market on December 1, 2007. The latest chart covering the week of Jan. 21-27 shows that Wii Fit sold another 89,248 units.

Interestingly, Sony's PSP was neck-and-neck with the Nintendo DS in terms of hardware sales for the week. The DS Lite sold 79,370 units, just slightly ahead of the PSP's 77,933 units. The Wii sold 74,544, more than twice as many as the PS3's 34,363. Finally the PS2 sold 11,364 units and the Xbox 360, as usual, trailed with just 4,296 units.

The PSP in particular was fueled by sales of Konami's World Soccer Winning Eleven: Ubiquitous Evolution 2008, which sold through 76,669 copies for the week. Below is the full top 10 list.
