Unreal Tournament III uses the latest technology to once again bring an extremely fast-paced multiplayer shooting experience. Although the game focuses on a handful of game modes, with the only new one being a vehicle-based capture the flag, it's forgivable since they're so well done. There's also strong focus put on the story-based campaign mode, which serves as an excuse to string together a series of tournament settings, but you can play the entire mode cooperatively online with random people jumping in to replace bots. The high system requirements might turn some people off, but something has to power the jaw-dropping graphics and highly detailed environments. The new version of Unreal Tournament has a few things that long time players will need to get used to, but the one thing that hasn't changed is incredibly fast-paced and addictive action.
