The Bust-A-Move series is a timeless classic, a formula that's managed to survive for years and appear on multiple platforms, including the Xbox! Ultra Bust-A-Move mirrors its PS2 counterpart, but what sets it apart is the Xbox Live online play. Gamers will be able to enjoy the classic popping madness while trash talking each other via the Xbox headset!

The game's graphics are so colorful they look like they're about to leap off the screen, and the twelve selectable characters are just as whacky as previous critters in the series. Overall, it's the best looking Bust-A-Move yet!

To give the game some more replay value, Majesco included some new modes. While you can play split screen, you can also take turns with an opponent on a single board as well, and the modes add a different something special to the gameplay. For example, in Blind Game, all of the balls are transparent, and in See-saw Game, the balls swing back and forth.

Ultra Bust-A-Move looks great. I was disappointed that it loaded slow, but the classic gameplay's been retained, and with online play, it should be a hit and a welcome addition to the Xbox's puzzle library.
