Dyack: Too Human's Decade Long Dev Cycle 'Factually Incorrect' (XB360)

In the latest war of words waged over Too Human, Denis Dyack is trying to change the notion that Too Human has been in development since 1999, making an argument which is largely semantical.

Speaking to Xbox 360 Fanboy, Denis Dyack expressed his consternation over the oft sited statistic that Too Human has been in development since the last millennium. A version of Too Human did exist as a planned PlayStation release in 1999, but the Silicon Knights head claims that production on the recently released game did not begin until after Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes shipped for GCN. That title, a byproduct of Silicon Knights' then exclusive partnership with Nintendo, released in March 2004.

"I cannot dispel that rumor enough," Dyack told X3F. "That is a bad way to talk about Too Human because that is factually incorrect. People think, 'Oh the game has been in development for 18 years plus...' it isn't possible."
