The GameDaily One-Minute Review

It's been several years since we've seen a quality title featuring the words "Lara" and "Croft", due to Core Design's ineptitude and lack of ingenuity in design. Fortunately, Crystal Dynamics more than makes up for this with Tomb Raider: Legend, a suitable comeback for the beautiful but lethal heroine. The gameplay's definitely kicking, and the presentation is right on the money as to how the series is supposed to be done right. It ends a bit sooner than expected, but, this time around, the journey's definitely more fulfilling than the destination. It's good to see Lara back in more-than-acceptable form.
