Major League Gaming (MLG) announced today that it has concluded an alliance with Ubisoft. As part of the partnership, Ubisoft will integrate an "MLG Map" into Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas 2, resembling an MLG event at the Las Vegas Convention Center. MLG will reciprocate by by including Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas 2 in its 2008 Pro Circuit, in addition to a special release event for the game in April.
"We were thrilled that Ubisoft chose MLG to collaborate on the development of a map specially designed for competitive gamers," said Matthew Bromberg, President and CEO of MLG. "Rainbow Six was a terrific addition to our Pro Circuit last year, and we can't wait to turn our millions of Pro Circuit, online and TV fans onto this new game."
