Time Crisis 4, the latest in Namco Bandai's duck-and-cover arcade shooter series, hits the mark, despite some bothersome issues. The intensity of the arcade game stays intact, whether shooting a slew of disease-carrying bugs or taking on a mad man across multiple screens. The new Compete Mode is an admirable attempt to incorporate first-person shooting mobility, though it lacks tension and multiplayer. However, TC4's characters and story lack punch, the GunCon 3 functions awkwardly and the bundle costs $90. Still, this is "Time" well spent.
