Electronic Arts announced today that the GBA edition of The Urbz: Sims in the City has gone gold and will be available at retailers nationwide on November 16. The game, which is based on the popular Sims series, offers around the clock game play that never sleeps.
Players will assume the role of their very own Urb as they help save Miniopolis from the evil Daddy BigBucks (is that anything like Starbucks?) by maintaining their characters rep level and eventually becoming the biggest player in the city.
The pocket-powered version of the game features a link mode for up to four GBAs where players can meet up in the Multiplayer Cafe to compete in several minigames, unlock new features and more. The Urbz: Sims in the City features numerous locations to visit including Urbania, Sim Quarter, Glasstown and the Bayou.
The Urbz: Sims in the City will retail for the suggested price of $29.99 when the game ships for the Game Boy Advance later this year.
