Cheat: Free Items in Multiplayer for The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers

When another player in multiplayer mode has a has an item you want, have them trade it to you. After the item is traded to you save your game, but don't let the other player who traded to you save his game. Then, quit multiplayer or shut of your GameBoy Advance. When you turn it back on, both you and the person who traded this item will have it.
