Hop into your T-180 sports car and rocket your way to the finish line in Speed Racer. Based on the upcoming Speed Racer film, the game puts you in control of vehicles capable of traveling 400 mph and drops you onto neon-filled tracks alongside 19 other racers. As you maneuver around the winding courses, you must also contend with your crafty adversaries, who'll stop at nothing to put you out of commission. Lucky for you, there's Car-Fu, a vehicular martial art that allows you to beat up your adversaries' rides using your muscle machine. It's a novel idea that works, yet despite the fun racing action, Speed Racer suffers from limited tracks, a short Championship Mode and no online play. It's worth a few hours of your time, but don't spend $49.99 for it.
