Everyone's favorite RPG series about modern Japanese youth with supernatural powers is back for its forth full game. The adventure, which clocks in at over 60 hours, sees the player trying to solve a set of unexplained murders.

Atlus announced today that they will be publishing Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4. The latest incarnation in the Persona series will come in a special two-disc set featuring the game disc and a soundtrack CD for the game. Persona 4 will release on December 9, 2008 for an MSRP of $39.99.
Persona 4's story revolves around an urban youth visiting the rural town of Inaba, only to have a series of bizarre crimes and murders take place. It's up to the main character and his friends to use their mystical powers to solve these crimes. As you investigate and manage your team, you must also juggle the responsibilities of a high schooler.
