Today, Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) announced that that it has partnered up with the AST Dew Tour. For the fourth year of sponsorship for the action sports tour, SCEA will honor various pro athlete winners who will receive $5000 along with a PS3, and those athletes will furthermore choose five "PlayStation Rising Stars" from the various amateur athletes. During the tour, fans will be able to try out PSP and PS3 games, including Rock Band, SingStar, LittleBigPlanet, God of War: Chains of Olympus and Secret Agent Clank.
"We're absolutely committed to delivering memorable experiences to our consumers and the action sports community through our PlayStation brand," said Donna Armentor, senior manager of Lifesyle Alliances for SCEA. "It's a great pleasure to join the AST Dew Tour once again and to help extend an action-packed experience for sports fans both via gaming and in real-life."

The AST Dew Tour will start on June 19 in Baltimore, Maryland and conclude on October 19 at the PlayStation Pro in Orlando, Florida.
