THQ recently sued Activision due to the similarity between the box art of the former's Baja Edge of Control and the latter's SCORE International Baja 1000. However, Patent Arcade is reporting that Activision has agreed to simply change the picture on the cover. As a result, THQ is dismissing their lawsuit.
