While Performance Designed Products' (PDP) packaging for its Rock Band Microphone claims that the $50 USB-based vocal accessory works with the Nintendo Wii, the company told Joystiq today that the product does not work with the Wii. PDP apologizes for the error and plans to correct the issue on future packaging. Now that Rock Band is coming to the Wii, we hope that the company will alter the mic in order to make it work with the upcoming game.
