Today, Capcom announced future plans for the Resident Evil franchise on the Wii console. Primary among these releases will be Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles, a sequel to Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles. Capcom will also be bringing the GameCube versions of Resident Evil and Resident Evil Zero to the Wii with new motion controls.
"We are very excited to be bringing the sequel to Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles to the Wii as it's the perfect fit for the platform," said Mona Hamilton, vice president, marketing, Capcom Entertainment. "We are always looking for new ways to give Capcom fans a chance to experience our games. Umbrella Chronicles was a huge success for us, Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles includes a more in-depth co-op experience, and we are excited to bring this exclusive content to the Wii audience."
Resident Evil and Resident Evil Zero on Wii will release during 2009, with Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles coming sometime next "winter."

The only thing that's going to change about RE and RE Zero from GameCube to Wii is the controls- the camera angles will remain as they were.
I'm talking about the remakes of Zero and One by the way.
Wait, is it going to be 3rd person OTS like RE 4 or are they gonna keep the crap camera angles from the other games?
