Direct2Drive is making gamers check their Twitter page for special deals and today they have one that might be of interest. For only day only they have put the downloadable PC version of Prototype on sale. Normally the open world action game from developer Radical Entertainment and publisher Activision is on sale for $49.95 but for now until the end of the day today the price has been knocked down by $10 to just $39.95.This might be as good of a time as any to point out that Gamersgate's Twitter page keeps its users up to day with daily sales deals on their own download site. While they still have weekend deals you might want to keep an eye out on their page for any daily deals that might be of interest.
