Today we’re looking at Penny Arcade Adventures Episode 1: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness. OK, so this probably makes me a MASSIVE nerd, but I was actually more excited about this game coming out then I was about GTA4! Comic book styled point and click adventures? Getting to play a character working side by side with Tycho and Gabe?? This is nerd manna from geek heaven. But with its undeniable charm and wit, and clearly explained tutorials, it is delightfully accessible and will hopefully bring this type of game to a much wider audience then normal. The footage shown is from a MacBook Pro, and you can download the game for Mac, Windows or Linux from Greenhouse, or download it on XBLA. Enjoy the show and relish this game.
