Penny Arcade's Mike "Gabe" Krahulik today wrote about the sales of Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness. The 16,500 downloads on Xbox Live over a three-day stretch make it the third fastest downloaded game in the service's history, behind Ikaruga at 22,500 units and RezHD at 25,000 units. He also expressed his enthusiasm over the generally good reviews for the game.

"Given that our price point was double the other games on that list I'm pretty f***ing happy," said Krahulik in a news post. "We fully expected some people to complain about the $20 price tag but we honestly felt like our game was worth it."
