According to this morning's press release, Codemasters will be publishing an Xbox version of Operation Flashpoint: Cold War Crisis. Due out this autumn, this ultra-realistic military simulator is being developed by Bohemia Interactive Studio, the same folks behind the original PC title.

Not only will the Xbox version include the entire original game, but it also will feature an additional prequel campaign called Resistance. In the game, players get to control and command not just soldiers and squads of all levels, but also land, sea and air vehicles; this includes both military and civilian, from cars, to APCs, to tanks and even military helicopters. The depth is astounding. It's like the GBA game Advance Wars, but raised to an exponent.
