Apparently little bloodshed happened in the unpaid overtime lawsuit filled by two former employees. We'll see about Itagaki, however.

According to Kotaku, Tecmo announced today that it has reached a settlement over unpaid overtime hours with two former Team Ninja Employees. The suit was originally seeking 8.3 million yen ($76,800) in unpaid wages, though terms of the settlement were not disclosed. It is unknown what if any effect this will have in the lawsuit from former Team Ninja head Tomonobu Itagaki.

"On July 16th, two of our employees brought suit against our company regarding unpaid overtime in the Tokyo District Court and presented a proposed settlement," reads the release by Tecmo translated by Kotaku. "On September 1, 2008, a judicial settlement was reached."
