A long-in-development official downloadable expansion for the fantasy RPG Neverwinter Nights 2 finally has a release date. Today Atari announced that Neverwinter Nights 2: Mysteries of Westgate will be made available for download on Wednesday, April 29 for $9.99. The expansion can be purchased and downloaded on that date via the Atari online store.Developed by Ossian Studios, the expansion was first announced in 2007 but development issues have delayed its release until now. In early March the head of the development studio announced that Mysteries of Westgate had finally gone gold.
