WARNING: THIS IS AN INTERVIEW WITH TINA COURTNEY, PRODUCER OF NAUGHTY AMERICA: THE GAME, AN ADULTS ONLY MMO THAT PROMOTES TWO DIMENSIONAL SEX. IT CONTAINS... SUGGESTIVE LANGUAGE AND IS THEREFORE SUITED FOR AGES 18 AND UP. PARENTAL GUIDANCE IS SUGGESTED.
MMOs like World of Warcraft are extremely fun to play, but what's with all the violence? Why is it that every single online game that's released for the PC involves smashing someone's head in with a club or mowing them down with a sub machine gun? Where's the love? More importantly, where's the raunchy sex? I'm tired of mining gold and being killed by trolls. I'd much rather turn around and stick it to those trolls...literally! That's why I'm excited about Safe Escape's Naughty America: The Game. It allows me to create my own online persona, enter a seedy online world, meet lots of attractive people and have sex without the fear of hepatitis.
In this exclusive interview, producer Tina Courtney discusses how the game works, and most importantly, how to score.
Can you describe the point of the game?
Sure! So you create your fantasy persona, your in-game avatar, and within the game world there are clubs and sex rooms. You can have online dates at Ferris Wheels or at seedy locations. And it's all about meeting people and socializing. You start the game as a virgin and the only position that you know is missionary, and the longer you play the more experience you get.
So it has RPG elements?
Right. It's all experience and time based.
How do you change positions?
You've got a library within your user interface that contains everything that you know how to do, so you can say, within your sex act, that you're going from missionary to doggy.
Is it a seamless transition?
Yeah. The characters will just switch automatically.
And how do you do this? Is it keyboard or mouse controlled?
It's mostly mouse. And both people have a say as to what position they want to do. You select a position and then your partner has the opportunity to reject it and pick their own, so both people have to settle on something. Everything's consensual.
