Mortal Kombat: Armageddon looks like a quickie port but feels completely new on the Nintendo Wii. The motion controls, while a bit gimmicky, add an invigorating twist to gameplay, although old-schoolers can still use regular controllers. Along with the fighting action, players should also enjoy extras like Motor Kombat, Konquest and being able to create their own warriors and fatalities. Online play and more exclusive Wii content would've made it better, but Armageddon achieves a bloody victory.
