Sega announced today that it will be bringing Shining Force Neo to the U.S. This latest version in Sega's decade-and-a-half old Shining series casts players in the role of Max, a young knight on a quest to become a true hero. The game will feature highly customizable characters and real-time combat with 11 different allies and dozens of enemies on screen at the same time.
"Shining Force Neo reinforces our strategy of keeping Sega's classic intellectual properties fresh and exciting to both new players and long-time fans," said Yosuke Moriya, Sega spokesperson. "PlayStation 2 has become home to many of the current generation's greatest RPGs, and we're pleased to bring the Shining Force series to the platform for the first time."
Shining Force Neo will release exclusively on the PS2 in Fall 2005.
