The anticipated game from EA Dice will not be a timed exclusive for PS3, but the game will have exclusive downloadable content for Sony's platform.

Speaking to Eurogamer, EA and SCEA denied that Mirror's Edge would be a timed exclusive on the PS3. It was confirmed, however, that the PS3 version of the game would receive exclusive downloadable content.
"PlayStation has an exclusive marketing agreement with EA regarding the title," said the Sony spokesperson to Eurogamer. "Exclusive downloadable content will be offered on the PlayStation Network."
The EA Dice developed Mirror's Edge will release simultaneously on PS3, PC and Xbox 360 in late 2008.
