According to Shacknews, several senior members of Retro Studios have left the company. Among those said to be leaving are art director Todd Keller, design director Mark Pacini, and principal technology engineer Jack Mathews. Shacknews is also reporting that this does not mean that Retro is in danger of closing.
Founded in 1998, Retro Studios is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nintendo. The developer is best known for its work on the Metroid Prime series of games, including the recent Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. Retro is currently working on an unknown project, which is reportedly not a Metroid title.
