Enterbrain today released a compiled list of the top 100 best selling pieces of game software in Japan during 2008, translated by PS3 Hyper. The list was dominated by DS and Wii releases, though Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G for PSP was the top selling title overall. Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots was the eleventh best selling title with 686,254 units sold, making it tops among PS3 titles. Only one Xbox 360 title, Tales of Vesperia, registered in the top 100, placing eighty-second.
