The GameDaily One-Minute Review
Swingin' Ape's debut title is a fun shooter that involves a pint-sized robot named Glitch with some very big guns. Shooting robots side-steps issues of violence, because you're shooting up robots that spew oil, not blood. For the most part, Metal Arms plays out like most other action shooters, but it throws in the additional variety by throwing in the ability to recruit or take over enemy robots. While this feature doesn't work quite as well as one would hope, it doesn't detract from the overall enjoyment of the game.
