Super Mario Bros. 3 lost level 9

Another cloud level. The background as well as blocks constantly move up and down. Also, introducing a new, unused enemy: Green Para Beetles! These are faster versions of the original red ones. Note: An IPS patch was used to access this level, because there are no known Game Genie codes that allow the background to scroll up and down (which is what it's suppose to do).
