The GameDaily One-Minute Review

After tearing up the links in the Mario Golf games and taking to the courts with Mario Tennis, the Nintendo universe now hits the legendary baseball diamond with Mario Superstar Baseball, and, suffice to say, Mario's sports division now goes three for three. The game isn't as solid an effort as the first two games, but it has an appeal all its own with its wild mini-games and its cartoonish presentation. It's not a complete home run, as a couple of nagging problems stop its championship run, but longtime Nintendo fans and baseball lovers will want to take a swing with it.
