Receiving an "18" certificate, it's just business as usual. Rockstar is no doubt thankful that there won't be a Manhunt 2-like fiasco with their premiere franchise.

Manhunt 2 Appeal Upheld, Issued U.K. Rating
It has taken more than half a year, but Manhunt 2 finally has a rating in the U.K. The Video Appeals Committee has reconfirmed their original decision, and the BBFC is going along with it.
