To unlock Big Head Mode (which comically enlarges all of the players' heads), you must unlock the Big Head Card. To do so, have the most players named to your league's all-star squad during any given season. Keep in mind that you must play through at least ten games in their entirety (no simulations) by the All-Star Break.
