Bloomberg is reporting that Jim Brown is suing Sony Computer Entertainment and Electronic Arts. The Hall-of-Fame running back accuses the companies of using his likeness without his permission. The character in question is a running back wearing the number 32 for the "All Brown's Team" featured in Madden NFL. Brown played for the Cleveland Browns as number 32 and says that he "never signed away any rights that would allow his likeness to be used.''
The suit goes on to note that, while modern athletes sign agreements to use their names and likenesses in games, no such provision existed when he played football. Brown's suit is asking for a preliminary and permanent court order to stop the use of his likeness and is seeking unspecified damages for unauthorized use of his likeness, trademark infringement, trademark dilution and unfair business practices and competition.

your the one who needs to get a life if your going to ***** and complain about a video game. shut your mouth and go play madden. you probably don't know **** about football because your dumb enough to talk **** about him and say that JIM BROWN sucks. thats like saying brett favre, tom brady, and payton manning sucks. i wish you would say that in crowd of football fans, you would look like an dumbass.

Pathetic; doesn't he have enough damn money already. Get over yourself and you suck anyways JB! Thats as close as you will ever be to getting back on the field. You should be glad you are "supposedly" in Madden or your likeness and take it as a compliment. Did you check it out to see if 32 had your SSN? Get a life already!
