The GameDaily One-Minute Review

Lego Star Wars II is one of the few games that, despite being plagued by some glaring flaws, is a must buy simply because of its presentation. I absolutely love the cut scenes and the LEGOs fascinate me to no end. But the shady controls and unclear objectives almost ruin the entire experience. The game's fun for the most part, especially when it comes to unlocking and customizing characters from the epic trilogy, but I'm really turned off by some of the confusing puzzles as well as the cheap AI. I'm glad that I have unlimited lives, but I don't appreciate dying ten plus times during boss fights. That's absolutely ridiculous. However, I'm still quite fond of Lego Star Wars II, but that's mostly because I'm a fan of the source material. If you'd rather spit on George Lucas than watch his movies, this is a seriously flawed videogame that'll probably anger the hell out of you.
