Serving as an interlude between Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts 2 for the PlayStation 2, Chain of Memories brings back the familiar hodgepodge of a cast featuring characters from both Disney and Square Enix fandom. Even with the impressive cast, Chain of Memories is often a little too tedious for its own good, despite offering some unexpected twists and turns. Experienced videogame players might have a hard time trudging through the game, but those who have a desire to see the fate of Sora and his friends will find it worth their time to make it to the end.
