The GameDaily One-Minute Review
First the bad news: Killzone: Liberation is not a first-person shooter like Killzone on the PlayStation 2. Those expecting a full-tilt Killzone sequel will have to wait for the PS3 edition that's still somewhere in production. Now the good news: Killzone: Liberation is a strong entry on its own. The three-quarter view that the game employs is actually put to good use, particularly with weapon aiming and engaging against other players, AI or human. The character point upgrade system is also a nice touch, adding some strategy to the game. While more music and access to the downloadable content Sony's promised for the game would be nice touches, Killzone: Liberation is definitely worth buying.
