SouthPeak Interactive today announced that it will be co-publishing Igor with Legacy Interactive. The game is based around the upcoming animated movie by Exodus Film Group and is set in the world of Malaria where mad scientists create inventions to compete in an annual Evil Science Fair. The movie chronicles the adventures of the lab assistant Igor, who dreams of being a mad scientist himself.

"Legacy and I2G are doing a tremendous job bringing Igor into the virtual gaming world," said Melanie Mroz, CEO of SouthPeak Games. "This is a great property and promises to be a huge hit when it comes out this fall. We love the fact that the game is able to capture the elements of the film so well and turn it into a fun, interactive environment."

Igor will release for DS, Wii and PC in September 2008.
