The GameDaily One-Minute Review
One might think that Ice Age 2: The Meltdown would run in a typical platforming formula, and, in one sense, it really does, featuring the likes of collecting items and reaching new areas of a somewhat drably-designed level. Yet, the game scores better than expected because it carries over the personality of its material, and also mixes in a little variety during the game to keep things a bit lively. Older gamers will probably give it a pass, but younger audiences and fans of the film will be frozen over by its charm.
