that sniping and causing an alarm isn’t 47's style seeing how he's the best and always finds the cleanest and most silent way to finish objectives. I don't know if the writer meant sniping from the radio tower at all, but regardless, the whole idea of Hitman 2's highest rating is that 47, at his best, kills only the targets and stays unseen. If you rig the cars, 47 is killing not only the targets but their bodyguards and schauffeurs also, and doing it very loudly and messily. So... ...
