Master Chief shotguns his way onto the Xbox 360 in the first-person shooter Halo 3, the conclusion to Microsoft and developer Bungie's best-selling video game trilogy. Packing an armory of futuristic weapons and vehicles, the Chief squashes Covenant aliens set on destroying the universe, while trying to save his virtual sidekick, Cortana, from the clutches of evil. During the seven-to 10-hour adventure, Master Chief battles enemies across gorgeous locales, from lush jungles to futuristic space stations. It's a short campaign, and Bungie makes a few missteps, but the ability to play through the entire game with up to four players in co-op mode and up to 16 in the multiplayer free-for-all will keep 'em coming back for more. Halo 3 doesn't reinvent the shooter genre, but it offers one hell of a ride.User Reviews

Halo 3 is a good first-person shooter. I played, completed, and enjoyed all of the games from the halo trilogy, but Halo 3 was my favorite. When it comes to playing online or just playing in campaign mode, I enjoy crushing my opponents. It's also fun to play multiplayer when you got some friends over. Tis is one of the best games I have played for xbox 360.

COD4 does not come close. I mean online you die in like two shots and theres no vehicals.The weapons suck unless your a freakin general.this Halo 3= BEST GAME EVER!!! COD4=Boring after a weak

this game is amazine the story line is awsome but the live on halo 3 can not be beat it is the best live ever

Don't forget, the multiplayer is amazing! You can have every one start out with a gravity hammer and rocket launcher, you can have increased speed, and lets not forget the many combonations of armour

Halo 3 is a lot of fun but it could have been much longer. It's still a fun game though.

Halo sux it is to hyped up!!! It steals guys hearts from their girlfriends!!!! I hate it and ghope something happens to it like a recall or something!!!!!!!!!!!1

ITs a better game than halo 1 or 2, but why people have to go crazy over it, I dont know. Yes it does have fancy graphics, and if you like war, this is a game for you. But if you truly want to have some fun, buy a wii. Ya, it might not have fancy graphics, but who cares, it has motion sensor controllers. Some people are paying around 400$ just to play this game (xbox 360 plus game), to me they have no lifes. So if you arent in a "I want to go kill somebody mood", I dont recommend this game.
