im soo pro at this game. i just get tired at yelling at people since they are sooo stupid on xbox live.

I'll probably be getting hatemail from you all for weeks for doing this. However I feel like it is time someone set the record straight and I think I, with my common sense and sound mind, should do it. Let me make a bold and crude statement by saying that Halo (as a series) is one of the biggest let downs o*****ame series I've ever had my displeasure of acutally playing for more than five minutes without wanting to break the game into pieces for having wasted good money on it. Now for my arguement as to why I think that way. First off, I never bought it or owned it. I played it at a friends house multiple times. So don't start saying how I wasn't any good at this game. Well it is true I wasn't great, I don't think that should matter as none of this has anything do to with gameplay or anything that would require me to be good at anything in this game. Now getting to my main point as to why I find Halo to be an overhyped pieced of ****. First off, it is boring as hell. For the amount I played, I feel like I did more running and looking for people rather than actually killing people. When I did kill people it was either by accident or not really me but the guy who stole my kill just as I was doing a ton of damage. Secondly, it is way too overhyped. I mean, I thought Mario was into too much advertising but this game is like that smug hybrid owner who you want to punch in the face because he treats you like **** for owning a SUV or a truck. Next, there are too many ****ing buttons to deal with to even get into the game. The Wii did something right with the motion controls to have the Wii mote point the damned gun (despite poor aim), but Xbox won't do that. Instead, we're going to throw a ****load of buttons at you and make the controller super ****ing huge so you can't reach them easily unless you have the same handsize as the average basketball player in the NBA. I doubt Michael Jordan or Shaq play this game on a regular basis either (note, I don't watch the NBA anymore but when I did, Michael Jordan was still with the Bulls and Shaq did get some respect). In addition, this game is really hard to play on most TV's in multiplayer because the divided screen is so small that aiming is only good if you have perfect vision, sit close to the screen, and have excellent luck. You need a super giant TV to play this with. But if you have that big a TV, you might as well watch Star Wars or play something more worthwhile like Warcraft (hook your computer to the TV). all in all, 4.5 / 10. Waste of time to play this game at all.
