Le seul moyen d’arrêter la séquence de tir de Halo, est de retirer l'icône d'où elle se trouve. Mais avant il faut tuer Tartarus et des brutes. Pour cela l'Arbiter est aidé d'élites et de Johnson. Le temps tourne, il faut faire vite. Mais l'adversaire est plutôt baléze...
L’arbiter tente de dissuader tartarus d'utiliser l'icône, bientôt rejoint par Johnson. Malheureusement dans un geste de folie Tartarus active Halo, malgrés les révélations de Guilty Spark. Keyes profite de la confusion pour échapper aux brutes.
